This is the first "weight loss" supplement that does what I want it to do. I have a high tolerance for caffeine, but the blend in this gives me an energy boost. While it doesn't necessarily help with reducing my appetite, it makes me nauseous when I eat more than a small portion within a few hours of taking it. So it still gives me the same result of eating less.Between this, a sleep supplement and exercise, I have dropped a little over 2lbs this first week.Update, week 2 down another 2 lbs. Definitely buying more of this.Currently taking Alpha GPC, CLA, Choline, Lions mane, Cordyceps and this during the day. Sleep Shred PM at night. In combination with daily exercise(~30 min). Adding this has tipped me over from stable weight to weight loss.

I am against taking a supplement everyday and was skeptical about taking this one. I have only taking one to two a day but still lost 5lbs. It increases my energy which is noticeable when I go running, which I love.

First I'll start off by saying that I was provided this product for free to review. That being said, this is the best weight loss supplement that I have tried as of today. I have tried 2 other weight loss supplements and I lost weight on both of them, but this one has been the most effective. I tried this product for a month. Looking back now, I really didn't think that I would have lost weight but I did and I'll explain why. The entire trial month either my wife or son was sick, which made it nearly impossible to get to the gym. I usually go about 3 times a week, but not this month. Not only was getting to the gym difficult, it was difficult to follow a good diet plan. By diet, I don't mean 500 calories a day diet, I just mean the diet that I have been following now for about 6 months. I usually intake about 1600-1700 calories per day, although weekends get difficult to follow this. This last month was filled with a lot of take out food due to lack of time to prepare dinners with sick family members. Overall, I was still able to loose 4 lbs, which may not seem like a lot, but I don't have a lot to lose. I am now 5 pounds from my goal weight, so that 4 pounds is a big deal. I am positive that with another full month of use and my routine getting back to normal, I would easily reach my goal.

Zenshred has been a phenomenal product for me. I like taking it about 30-45 minutes before I go to the gym and it helps get you the best workouts you will ever have in your life. You just feel a new wave of energy and motivation, not to mention it really helps flatten and tighten your stomach up. This really is an elite product and should be in anyone's supplement cabinet who are trying to gain an extra edge

I am on my 3rd week of these pills and I feel great. My energy is higher than it used to be, I feel slightly full before I even eat. I recommend this product if you're a mom, gives you energy to complete the daily routine.

By far one of the best weight lose products on the market. Whats great about this product is it helps you maintain well balance eating. A lot of us when we eat, we eat a lot at once! With Zenshred I can take it 30 min prior to each meal and instead of consuming 2-3 plates of food at a time, my body is fully satisfied with 1. The key is to make sure you stay hydrated at all time. At least 8-10 8oz glasses of water daily. In weeks of using this product you will see the results and the fat just burn off your body!

A while back I was trying to cut weight for the summer bulked a little too much over the long winter lol and anyways bought a bottle of zenshred and took it every morning and on days I worked out took it just before workout and definitely have to say gives solid clean energy and no crash afterwards and doesn't leave you jittery or overly stimulated and was very pleased as it helped me to cut my mid section up very nicely shedding unwanted belly fat from the winter

I bought this a month after having my baby. I went from 198lbs/size 15 to 142lbs/size 7, in just a month and a half. I walked 30min every day, ate once a day and drank lots of water. It works with portion control and some exercise. Thanks to zenshred I'm now a happy size 5, 123lbs. Smaller than I was before I got pregnant. YAY for a great working product!

I really can't say enough about Zenshred. It works. In less than one year I've lost 110 lbs (330 to 220 lbs) by using this and reducing caloric intake to approximately 1500 calories per day. You really do have to track all food intake, honestly, to be successful. I should have but did NOT exercise anymore than regular daily activity. I'm in my late 30's so my metabolism isn't what it used to be and I work in I.T. so there's a significant amount of sitting though I've recently made a conscious effort to begin walking more.

This is amazing for energy. I was falling asleep at work, couldn’t concentrate and could barely make it through the day. I take just one in the morning and it lasts all day. No more fatigue issues!

I'm 5'1 and started at 156lbs now I'm down to 145lbs. This gives me the boost I need to go running or just get moving. I only take it once a day around morning time. I can't say I've drastically changed my diet I just watch my calorie intake and drink only water. This product really does work if you put the effort into it. I'm still over weight for my height but I know I can lose another 11lbs now that I've already done it.

I've been using this product for 6 days and I'm loving it! So far I've only lost 3 pounds, but I wasn't looking for a magic weightless pill. My energy is up and I'm not starving all day. I haven't bumped up to 4 pills a day and probably won't. My only advice is, to take your morning dose after breakfast not 30 minutes before, or you won't be able to eat.
